Loved this hotel.. Beautifully decorated throughout, the bedroom was spacious, the bathroom was very modern, everything very clean. The breakfast buffet had a complete choice, especially for a small hotel and the staff were very friendly and very helpful. I would strongly recommend this hotel.

Very nice. Fair size room. Very clean. Very convenient location in the old town. Staff was very pleasant. Would stay again.

Parking is a little scary, but doable ! Our room looked out onto a stone wall maybe only 3 or 4 metres away, so make sure you don't get this one if possible. But other than these very minor issues it was a great place to stay

Very clean and really good service. Quiet place and big rooms. Breakfast had little options it could be a little better.

Hostile reception, will not share charge possibilities with customers. Very unpleasant Hostile experience with only destination charger in Segovia. Worst reception yet in Europe. Policy Will be taken up with hotel and tesla association of Spain. Caused me a lot of trouble. Avoid hotel if your a Tesla owner.
